Shipping and returns

Shipping

We deliver to all countries, to which DHL offers delivery service. At the moment, we do not deliver to Russia.

For Finland, we use Finnish Posti and provide free shipping on all purchases. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. 

On orders to all other EU countries, we charge 9.90€ per order for shipping. For EU countries please allow 3-10 business days for delivery

For countries outside EU, we charge 15€ per order for shipping. Delivery times depend on the country. You will get the tracking code from DHL to follow the shipment. Please note, that JOY will not cover any customs or duties on your order. 

Please note, at the moment, we offer only standard shipping. We use DHL standard courier services for shipments outside.

N.B.  We are expecting delays in warehouse picking and shipping during weeks 34-37

If your order does not arrive in time or is held in the possession of the courier, please email us here with your order number -  info@joyearbuds.com

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace the order for free. Simply contact us at info@joyearbuds.com, and we will sort out the issue.

In case the courier is not able to deliver the shipment due to wrong address information and the shipment is returned to us, then we have the right to cancel the order. If the order is canceled, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. From the credit sum, we will deduct the original shipping charge paid at check-out.


Returns policy

We have a 30 day returns policy. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.



To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened, unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
