Näin JoyClips asettuu korvaan
Pyöreä kaiutinosa asettuu korvakäytävän suulle ja kaari halaa korvalehteä. Korvakäytävä jää auki, joten kuulet musiikin lisäksi ympäristösi.
Päälle, yhdistäminen ja pois
- Päälle: ota kuulokkeet kotelosta – ne käynnistyvät ja yhdistyvät toisiinsa. Tai pidä painettuna 3 s.
- Yhdistä: valitse puhelimen Bluetooth-asetuksista JOY Clips. Jatkossa yhteys muodostuu automaattisesti.
- Pois: laita kuulokkeet koteloon. Tai pidä painettuna 5 s.

Lataus ja akku
Kuulokkeet latautuvat kotelossa. Lataa kotelo USB-C:llä (5 V ⎓ 1 A), täyteen n. 1,5 h.
Akunkesto jopa 4 h yhdellä latauksella ja jopa 12 h kotelon kanssa.
2 vuoden hukkaamistakuu
Kadotitko toisen kuulokkeen tai latauskotelon 2 vuoden sisällä ostosta? Hukkaamistakuu edellyttää rekisteröintiä.
Rekisteröi JoyClipsisi lähettämällä meille ostopäivä ja ostopaikka (tai tilausnumero). Säilytä kuitti.

Takuuehdot
2 vuoden takuu
Jos kuulokkeissa ilmenee materiaali- tai valmistusvika 2 vuoden kuluessa ostosta, vaihdamme viallisen osan tai koko setin. Takuu on voimassa ilman rekisteröintiä – säilytä ostokuitti. Takuu ei kata väärinkäyttöä, onnettomuuksia, vieraiden esineiden aiheuttamia vaurioita eikä muiden tekemiä korjauksia.
2 vuoden hukkaamistakuu
Kadotitko toisen kuulokkeen tai latauskotelon 2 vuoden sisällä ostosta? Hukkaamistakuu edellyttää rekisteröintiä (ks. yllä). Ota yhteyttä asiakaspalveluumme, niin hoidamme asian.

How JoyClips sits on your ear
The round speaker rests at the ear canal and the clip hugs your ear. Your ear canal stays open, so you hear your music and your surroundings.
On, pairing and off
- On: take the earbuds out of the case – they switch on and connect to each other. Or hold for 3 s.
- Pair: select JOY Clips in your phone's Bluetooth settings. Next time it reconnects automatically.
- Off: put the earbuds back in the case. Or hold for 5 s.

Charging and battery
The earbuds charge in the case. Charge the case via USB-C (5 V ⎓ 1 A), full in approx. 1.5 h.
Up to 4 h on a single charge, up to 12 h with the case.
2-year lost guarantee
Lost one earbud or the charging case within 2 years of purchase? The lost guarantee requires registration.
Register your JoyClips by sending us your date of purchase and where you bought them (or your order number). Keep your receipt.
If the button doesn't open your email, send the details to info@joyearbuds.com with the subject "JoyClips – lost guarantee registration".
Warranty terms
2-year warranty
If your earbuds develop a defect in materials or workmanship within 2 years of purchase, we replace the faulty part or the whole set. No registration needed – keep your receipt. Not covered: misuse, accidents, damage caused by foreign objects or repairs by others.
2-year lost guarantee
Lost one earbud or the charging case within 2 years of purchase? The lost guarantee requires registration (see above). Contact our customer service and we'll take care of it.
