Shipping policy

Shipping

We deliver to all countries, to which UPS offers delivery service. At the moment, we do not deliver to Russia.

For Finland, we use Finnish Posti and provide free shipping on all purchases over 40 euros. The products are sent as a letter to your mailbox. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. 

On orders to all other EU countries, we charge 9.90€ per order for shipping. For EU countries please allow 3-10 business days for delivery

For countries outside EU, we charge 15€ per order for shipping. Delivery times depend on the country. You will get the tracking code from UPS to follow the shipment. Please note, that JOY will not cover any customs or duties on your order. 

Please note that at the moment we offer only standard shipping. We use UPS standard courier services for shipments outside Finland.

If your order does not arrive in time or is held in the possession of the courier, please email us here with your order number -  info@joyearbuds.com

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace the order for free. Simply contact us at info@joyearbuds.com, and we will sort out the issue.

In case the courier is not able to deliver the shipment due to wrong address information and the shipment is returned to us, then we have the right to cancel the order. If the order is canceled, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. From the credit sum, we will deduct the original shipping charge paid at check-out.
