You can try and test the product freely for 30 days and if you are not satisfied, you can send it back!
However, before returning the product, we recommend that you try to make sure that you have:
- Placed the earbuds correctly in your ears,
- Chosen eartips that suit you,
- Reset the earbuds according to the instructions.
If you still want to return the earbuds, please contact us via email email@example.com and we will give you the instructions for return.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returns.
Our products have a 3-year product warranty, which means if the earbuds are damaged within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will send you a new one to replace the defective one.
The product warranty does not cover self-inflicted damage, such as damage caused by a drop or washing machine.
