We deliver to all countries to which UPS offers delivery service. At the moment, we do not deliver to Russia.

For Finland, we use Finnish Posti and provide free shipping on all purchases over 40€. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery.

On orders to all other EU countries, we charge 9.90€ per order. For EU countries please allow 2-10 business days for delivery.

For countries outside EU, we charge 15 € per order. Delivery times depend on the country. You will get the tracking code from UPS to follow the estimated delivery time. Please note, that Joy Planet Finland will not cover any customs or duties on your order.

Koru earbuds are rated IPX4, meaning they are highly water-resistant. They will withstand splashes, accidental submersion, shower use, rain, and sweat from intense workouts. The earbuds include a 2-year warranty for any potential issues.

For optimal fit and sound, use the correct ear fittings. The earbuds include three sizes (S, M, L). Experiment to find the most comfortable fit. Align the earbuds using the Left (L) and Right (R) indicators and the JOY logo. Correct placement is achieved when the R/L markings are horizontal and above the logo.

Yes. Answer calls with a single tap, or reject them with a long press. The earbuds offer excellent call quality due to nano-material microphones and noise reduction. However, older Bluetooth versions or device placement can sometimes affect sound quality. If you experience issues, try repositioning your device or reconnecting the earbuds.

No, the earbuds do not have active noise cancellation (ANC). However, their secure and ergonomic fit naturally reduces surrounding noise.
